We want to make sure you have the information you need to redeem your cash rewards going forward. Please use the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) below to help you on your way to redeeming the cash rewards you earn!
What You Need to Know About Credit Card Cash Rewards and Benefits
Where do I go to view my Cash Rewards?
If you are already signed up for Online Banking but have not added your credit card, log in to your account and click the Contact Us link at the top right of the page. Then, under All Services & Settings/Preferences/Online Accounts, click Add Account, fill in your card number, add a nickname, and then select Credit Card under Account Type. Then hit Add Account(s).
It should take no longer than one (1) business day for your new card to appear in Online Banking.
Once your card appears in Online Banking in the Home/Money I Owe section, click on the account and then click Get Info under More Details & Routing Numbers. This will take you to the Account Home for your credit card. Here, you can sign up for eStatements, make a payment on your credit card, or view your transactions. To set transaction alerts, enable travel notifications, or report a lost or stolen card, please use our new cards app.From Account Home, click the CURewards link on the right to review your Cash Rewards info. Then click on the CURewards link again to go directly to the site where you can choose how you wish to redeem your Cash Rewards (deposit to your Fixedeposit account or apply to your statement).
Your initial Cash Rewards balance was deposited into your Fixedeposit Share Savings Account on August 1. We will continue to deposit your Cash Rewards into your Fixedeposit Share Savings Account once per year on December 1 unless you choose to redeem them yourself.
How soon can I redeem my Cash Rewards?
You can begin redeeming your Cash Rewards as soon as they are available in your Rewards account! You can redeem them as often as you choose or you can have us redeem them for you automatically by depositing the Cash Rewards into your Fixedeposit Share Savings Account annually (by December 1).
How can I spend or redeem my Cash Rewards?
You can choose to apply your Cash Rewards as a statement credit or have the balance deposited into your Fixedeposit Share Savings Account. You may do so whenever you have a Cash Rewards balance (minimum of $5) in your CURewards account.
